Intra Ipsum was born from loss, love, and the urgent need for change. We've personally lost family members to mental health struggles, and through that profound pain, we found our purpose: to ensure no one feels alone in their darkest moments and to educate the younger generation about the critical importance of mental health.
We started Intra Ipsum because we know what it's like to lose someone you love to mental health struggles. We've experienced the devastation of watching family members battle in silence, feeling helpless as they faced challenges that society too often ignores or stigmatizes.
Through our grief, we realized that mental health isn't just an adult issue—it's something that affects everyone, including young people who are often struggling silently without the tools or support they need. We wanted to create something that could make a real difference.
Intra Ipsum—"Within the Self"—represents our belief that looking inward, understanding ourselves, and prioritizing our mental wellbeing is the most important journey we can take. Through our clothing, we aim to spark conversations, break down stigma, and create a community where it's okay to not be okay.
